Return Policy – 30 Days Free Returns

At Sundance, we offer 30 Days Free Returns so you can shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under this policy:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
• Original tags and packaging should be intact.
• You must contact customer service first before sending any item back.

Non‑Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return under this policy, such as final sale items or products marked as non‑returnable at the time of purchase. If an item is not eligible, we will let you know when you contact us.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise instructed by customer service, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method so your return can be monitored.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–15 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact customer service first. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at  [email protected] with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.

Final Sale Rules

Some items may be designated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under this policy, and this will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
